Municipal Government

The Municipality of Roblin’s Council and administration work together to deliver municipal services, maintain public infrastructure, and respond to community needs.

Council establishes municipal priorities, adopts by-laws and policies, and approves the annual budget. Administration carries out Council’s decisions and manages the Municipality’s daily operations and services.

Use the Government menu to find Council information, meeting agendas and minutes, by-laws, policies, property tax information, financial reports, and municipal forms.

Office Services

  • Payments & Accounts: Property tax, utility, and municipal invoice payments; account inquiries and contact information updates.

  • Permits & Applications: Assistance locating forms, submitting applications, and identifying the department responsible for your request.

  • Marriage Licences: Contact the office before visiting to confirm identification requirements, fees, and availability.

  • Commissioner for Oaths: Call ahead to confirm whether a Commissioner is available and can assist with your document.

  • Council Information: Assistance finding agendas, minutes, by-laws, and policies; information about submitting correspondence or requesting a delegation.

  • Service Requests & Concerns: Report a municipal service issue or submit a concern for review.

Payment methods: Debit, cash, and cheque are accepted in person. Credit cards are not accepted in person. Please bring your bill, notice, or account number; check your financial institution’s daily limit before making a large debit payment.
