Roblin Community Centre
The Roblin Community Centre is a versatile, well-equipped facility available for public and private events of all sizes—from community gatherings and fundraisers to weddings, socials, and trade shows. With multiple rooms, kitchen amenities, and a flexible layout, it serves as a central hub for events in the Municipality of Roblin.
Facility Overview
The Community Centre includes the following rooms and spaces:
The largest space in the building. Ideal for socials, trade shows, banquets, and large public events. Open layout, adjacent to the kitchen and bar areas.
A mid-sized meeting or event space suitable for workshops, small receptions, meetings, or presentations.
Accessible from the Diamond and Sapphire Room. Ideal for licensed events. Renter is responsible for licensing and service.
Raised performance area with direct access to the Diamond Room. Suitable for live music, speakers, or formal presentations.

Kitchen Amenities
The kitchen includes basic food prep and plating capacity with the following supplies:

Please ensure you bring all necessary items not listed above.
Decoration & Use Policies
To preserve the condition of the facility and maintain safety standards:
- Confetti, sparkles, and glitter are not permitted anywhere in the building.
- Some decorations may not be allowed. Renters must consult with the caretaker at the time of booking to confirm approval before finalizing any decorative plans.
Rental & Booking Information

Rental rates are outlined in the Community Centre Rental Fee Schedule (attached below).

A damage deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your date.

Full rental payment is due 90 days prior to the event.

Asking the Municipality to “hold” a date does not constitute a confirmed booking—the first party to pay the damage deposit secures the reservation.

Failure to pay within the agreed timeframe may result in your booking being cancelled.
