The Roblin Handivan provides transportation service within Roblin and, when available, limited transportation outside of town limits.

Rates

• Pickup Fee: $6.00
  A $6.00 pickup fee applies each time a passenger boards the Handivan.
  
  
• Out-of-Town Travel: $1.00 per kilometre
  For trips outside of Roblin town limits, an additional charge of $1.00 per kilometre applies.
  
  

Out-of-Town Appointments

Out-of-town appointments are available by booking only and are subject to driver discretion and availability.

The Handivan must return to Roblin no later than 3:00 p.m.

Handivan Rentals

The Municipality may occasionally allow Handivan rentals; however, rentals are not guaranteed and are subject to availability and approval.

Before a rental may be considered, the Municipality requires:

• a copy of the proposed driver’s valid driver’s licence; and
• a recent driver’s abstract dated within the last three (3) months.

Approval is subject to review of the driver’s abstract, availability of the Handivan, and the Municipality’s discretion. The Municipality may refuse a rental request where the driver’s abstract raises concerns or where the Handivan is otherwise unavailable.
