Flood Recovery Support Coming to the Parkland Region (HAPPENING TODAY!)

Need Help with Flood Recovery?

Manitoba Transportation and Infrastructure's Emergency Management Organization (EMO), in partnership with the Canadian Red Cross, is providing in-person recovery support and services for residents affected by recent flooding.

Residents are invited to attend a Recovery Support Community Hub in Dauphin, Russell, or Roblin. These locations will serve residents from surrounding communities and municipalities. Virtual support is also available for those unable to attend in person.

Recovery specialists can help residents:
- Understand insurance.
- Complete financial assistance applications.
- Access information on recovery programs, services, and eligibility requirements.

Recovery Support Community Hubs:
The following locations will serve as Recovery Support Community Hubs for residents across the Parkland Region. Residents are encouraged to attend the location most convenient for them.

Virtual recovery support is available through the Canadian Red Cross. Recovery specialists can assist residents by phone or through Teams or Zoom.
