Roblin Waste Disposal Site - Burn Pit Closure

Effective immediately, burnable materials will no longer be accepted at the Roblin Waste Disposal Ground. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Branches
  • Clean wood
  • Other similar combustible items

This temporary suspension is necessary until the construction of a designated burn pit at the site is completed.

Residents are requested to retain all burnable materials on their property until advised that the suspension is lifted.

We thank all residents for their cooperation and understanding as we work to as quickly as possible to resume operation of our Waste Disposal Ground.

Business and Work

Roblin is a place where business owners, tradespeople, and entrepreneurs can build something that lasts. Our business community is rooted in agriculture, trades, retail, and service—but it's growing, adapting, and open to new opportunities. Whether you're hiring, investing, or just looking to set up shop, Roblin has the infrastructure and local support to make it happen.

A rural economy doesn’t mean limited opportunity. It means working alongside people who value independence, practical partnerships, and community trust. Our local Chamber of Commerce offers support for business owners. Our property listings give buyers a chance to acquire municipally-held lots. And our business directory makes it easier to connect with local services, suppliers, and trades.

Jobs are available across a range of sectors, and local employers regularly post full-time, seasonal, and municipal positions. Roblin supports growth not through red tape, but by providing space, opportunity, and a community that backs its businesses.

Whether you're here to hire, invest, work, or expand—Roblin is ready for you.
