A water main break has occurred on 3rd Avenue NW. Water service is currently shut off in the affected area. At this time, the length of the disruption is not yet known.

Areas affected:

  • 3rd Avenue NW from the Life and Arts Centre to Main Street
  • Main Street businesses from 3rd Avenue to 4th Avenue, including the Credit Union

Crews are aware of the situation and are working to restore service as soon as possible.

Following any watermain break, always run cold water first to ensure water quality before using hot water.
