All Council meetings are open to the public. Anyone wishing to address Council must submit a Request to Appear as a Delegation. Completed forms may be emailed to aao@roblin.ca.

All requests, correspondence and documents intended for Council's consideration must be received by 12:00 p.m. on the Wednesday preceding the meeting. Submissions received by Council may form part of the public record and may be publicly accessible.
