🏛️ Bank Bill Payment – Through your financial institution
💵 Cash – In person only
✉️ Cheque – In person or mailed to Box 998, Roblin MB R0L 1P0 (please allow time for delivery)
🌐 Credit Card – Through the Municipality’s website (fees apply)
⚠️ A penalty of 1.25% applies to all payments made after October 31, 2025.

Municipally-Owned Properties for Sale

The Municipality of Roblin holds a number of municipally-owned properties that may be available for purchase. These lands include residential, commercial, and agricultural parcels acquired through tax sale, strategic acquisition, or defaulted title.

Offers are accepted year-round and are subject to review by Council.

 

Submit an Offer

All offers must be submitted in writing and must include:

  • The Roll Number of the property

  • The legal description (if available)

  • The offer amount

  • Your contact information

  • Any condition(s) or timelines attached to the offer

Offers can be delivered in person, by mail, or by email.

Minimum Bid Requirements
  • Minimum offer amounts apply:
    • General property: Assessed value (100%)
    • Agricultural land: 1.5× assessed value (150%)

Find a property

Each property listed includes a Roll Number, which can be used to view its location on a map.

To find where a property is located:

  1. Visit https://www.gov.mb.ca/mao/public/map.aspx

  2. Type "ROBLIN" as the Municipality—be sure to select the correct “Roblin” (not Cartwright–Roblin)

  3. Enter the Roll Number exactly as shown

  4. Hit apply

This will display the rough boundaries and physical location of the parcel.
