Notice of Water Main Flushing

The Public Works department will be flushing water mains beginning September 15th, 2025 and will last approximately 2 weeks. This program will run between 8:00 AM and 5:30 PM each day.

We advise you to check your cold water taps only for water quality before using it; especially, before using any hot water during this period. As the water mains are flushed from the water treatment plant to the edges of town, the dirty water will accumulate farther down the water mains. These conditions will be present until the water main flushing program has been completed.
