Tendering and Procurement Opportunities

Procurement opportunities may be issued in a variety of forms depending on the nature and value of the work. These may include tenders, requests for proposals (RFP), requests for quotations (RFQ), or other competitive procurement processes.

Interested parties should carefully review the applicable documents and instructions for each opportunity. All submissions must be received prior to the closing date and time specified in the tender or proposal documents. Late submissions may not be accepted.

Major procurement opportunities may also be posted on MERX, Canada’s electronic tendering service. Vendors are encouraged to monitor MERX for additional opportunities issued by the Municipality.
