2026 Flooding Event
Report Flood-Related Property Damage
The Municipality of Roblin is asking all residents to report flood-related damage to private property, including homes, garages, outbuildings, yards, driveways, wells, septic systems, fences, and other privately-owned structures or improvements.
Even if you believe the Municipality is already aware of the damage, please submit a report.
Reporting damages helps the Municipality:
- Document the full extent of flooding impacts throughout the Municipality;
- Provide information to Manitoba Assessment and other provincial agencies as required;
- Support recovery planning and emergency management activities; and
- Advocate for assistance programs and resources where appropriate.

Disaster Financial Assistance (DFA)
The Province of Manitoba has established a Disaster Financial Assistance (DFA) Program for the June 2026 Heavy Rains event.
DFA may provide financial assistance for certain uninsurable losses resulting from the flooding event. Primary residences, farms, businesses, and non-profit organizations affected by the flooding may be eligible to apply. Please note that DFA is not insurance and may not cover all losses or damages.
Residents are encouraged to keep photographs of damages, maintain records of cleanup and repair activities, and retain all receipts and invoices related to flood recovery efforts.
