Rooted in Roblin
Showcase your beautiful yard! Open to all residents of the Municipality of Roblin. You can nominate yourself or someone else can nominate you in one category. There will be prizes for first, second and third-place entries.
Categories:
1) Urban Yard
2) Rural Yard
3) Acreage
4) Yard Feature (rural or urban) (example: perennial garden, raised bed, fish pond, rock garden, orchard, repurposed item as planter, etc.)
5) Vegetable Garden Small – Less than 500 square feet
6) Vegetable Garden Large – Over 500 square feet
7) Kids Entry (Age 14 and under) vegetable garden, planter, fairy garden, or other plant collection
8) Business (rural or urban)
Only one category can be entered per person. Judging to take place the week of July 13 (weather permitting). All entrants will be advised of the confirmed judging date.
Criteria:
- Relatively weed-free
- Generally pleasing to the eye
- Originality
Registration forms can be picked up at the Municipal office or printed off the website. Registrations to be completed and returned to the municipal office by June 19, 2026. They can be e-mailed to info@roblin.ca or faxed to (204) 937-4382
