Rooted in Roblin
“Rooted in Roblin” is a new program that showcases the beautiful yards in our community. It is open to all residents of the Municipality of Roblin. You can nominate yourself, or someone else can nominate you in one category. There will be prizes for first, second, and third-place entries.
Categories:
1) Urban Yard
2) Rural Yard
3) Acreage
4) Yard Feature (rural or urban) (example: perennial garden, raised bed, fish pond, rock garden, orchard, re-purposed item as planter, etc.)
5) Vegetable Garden Small – Less than 500 square feet
6) Vegetable Garden Large – Over 500 square feet
7) Kids Entry (Age 14 and under) vegetable garden, planter, fairy garden or other plant collection
8) Business (rural or urban)
Only one category can be entered per person.
Criteria:
- Relatively weed-free
- Generally pleasing to the eye
- Originality
Registration forms can be picked up at the Municipal Office or printed off the website. Registrations to be completed and returned to the Municipal Office by June 19, 2026. They can be emailed to info@roblin.ca or faxed to (204) 937-4382.
